Vif succés pour la seconde édition du Verdon Canyon Challenge “ULTRAIL” plus de 300 inscrits, sur les deux pacours, encore bravo à tous pour vos performances, même pour ceux ou celles qui n’ont pu aller au bout de ce long périple,vous pouvez être fier d’avoir participé à une grande épreuve de Trail.
Le parcours reste identique, mais avec quelques modifications, une particulièrement, son sens. Le Verdon Canyon Challenge est une épreuve qui demande une bonne préparation tant physique que morale. Le but est d’aller au bout de l’effort et de franchir la ligne d’arrivée. Nous avons tenu compte des doléances de certains et avons apporté des améliorations sur certains points tels que : les ravitaillements, la remise des prix, les tee-shirts, et pour vraiment faire connaissance une pasta partie est organisée la veille du départ, le matin un café vous sera servi.
De part le fait de vous inscrire sur l’épreuve du « Verdon Canyon Challenge » vous allez contribuer à apporter votre soutien pour la recherche médicale.
2€ par inscription, seront reversés au service des maladies digestives, des Professeurs Bernard SASTRE et Igor SIELEZNEFF, du CHU de la Timone, à Marseille.
Alors vous qui êtes avide de sensations fortes, et de grands espaces, venez nous rejoindre sur l’épreuve TrailX-trème, le Verdon Canyon Challenge 2008. Venez provoquer vos limites dans le plus grand canyon d’Europe, les gorges du Verdon.

With more than 300 competitors on the two runs, this second edition of the Verdon Canyon Challenge was a big success. Congratulations to all your performances, even to those who were not able to finish this long journey, you can be proud of having participated at a big test of trail.
The run is the approximatively the same, the biggest modification is the sense.The Verdon Canyon Challenge is a test which ask you a good physical and moral preparation. Your aim is tyo push your limits and to finish the race.
We have taken account of some complaints and we have changed some points such as : the provisioning posts, the prizegiving, the tee-shirts, and in order to make acquaintance we will organize a pasta party on the day before the race. We will serve you a coffee on the morning of the start.
By inscribing at the Verdon Canyon Challenge, you contribute to support the medical search.
2 Euros by inscribing will be given to the digestive diseases service, of which the professeurs Bernard SASTRE and Igor SIELEZNEFF is the representative, of the “CHU de la Timone, at Marseille”.
